EZ Health is a user-owned health and longevity tracker. Your health data belongs to you.

Data We Store

• Account identity: When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier and verified email address to provision your isolated SQLite database.
• Health logs: Intake (food, drink, supplements), exercise sessions, sleep records, and body/biomarker metrics that you log or sync are stored in your private per-user SQLite database file.
• Optional Google Health sync: If you explicitly connect Google Health in Settings, OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used solely to read or write the health records you request.

How Data Is Used & Shared

• Your data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.
• You can export your complete database (JSON or raw .sqlite) or revoke Google Health access at any time from the Settings tab.
